According to the complaint, earning his livelihood by farming two chickens in the middle of the village of ward no.3 But due to the smell from the said poultry farm, more than 40 nearby families are feeling unbearable and are suffering from various diseases such as diarrhoea, vomiting, fever and skin diseases. However, the villagers of Natkai village approached the local BDO, tahasildar for the removal of the said chicken farm, but to no avail, they finally filed a written complaint with the Cuttack District Collector.
