Paralakhemundi : At RUdayagiri block of Ranalai village 2 anganwadi centres are there.One centre belongs to minority group which those families depend. Earlier Binodini Singh was working but due to her death the post remained vacant.
Advertisement published for SC & ST only for the post. As there were no candidates from the village, so Sabita Raita applied for the post who also married in that village.
But villagers not like her. They said that more educated candidates are in village. So priority must be given to host candidates. So they locked that centre.
If their demand not fulfilled then they will boycott votes on coming panchayat election. They also sent on written their demand to Collector, Sub Collector & PD DRDA.
