Chennai : Mr R N Ravi will be sworn in as new Governor of Tamil Nadu at Raj Bhavan tomorrow.
An invite from Raj Bhavan said, the swearing-in ceremony would be held at the lawns of Raj Bhavan at 1030 hrs tomorrow.
Chief Minister M K Stalin, his cabinet colleagues and other officials will participate in the swearing-in ceremony.
Mr Ravi, a former IPS officer of Kerala, had earlier served as Governor of Nagaland and was transferred to Tamil Nadu by President Ram Nath Kovind.
The Governor-designate along with his family members arrived here last night and was received at the airport by Mr Stalin, Ministers, Chief Secretary V Iraianbu, DGP C Sylendra Babu and senior police and government officials.
Later, he drove down to Raj Bhavan.
