Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Monday appealed the people of Odisha to offer prayers to LordJagannath on the occasion of Shree Mandir Parikrama Prakalpa inauguration scheduled on January 17. With a video message the CM urged everyone to dedicate themselves to the devotion of Mahaprabhu Jagannath on the day. The CM also asked the people to Light diyas, blow conch shells and perform Nama Sankirtan with uttering devotional hymns on the auspicious day of the Parikrama Prakalpa inauguration in the Puri shrine.
