TPSODL facilitates digital payment modes for customer convenience

Berhampur: TP Southern Odisha Distribution Ltd (TPSODL), a joint venture between Tata Power and Odisha Government for power distribution in Southern Odisha, has adopted various digital payment methods to provide easy, convenient, safe and seamless experience to their customers. TPSODL has partnered with various payment gateways such as PhonePe, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Jio Money, Paytm, Freecharge, Airtel Money,MobiKwik, PayU, Tata Neu, BHIM, Odisha One and several other platforms like MO Seva Kendras, public sector banks, EBIX Cashto ensure that their customers get the freedom of paying bills at their own comfort and don’t have to travel long hours to the payment centres. The customers using digital modes will also receive 2% digital rebate on their bill. They can also make direct payment through the company’s website -https://www.tpsouthernodisha.com. Recently in tie-up with IndusInd bank,a new payment option has been rolled out enabling customers to make their bill payments through RTGS / IMPS / NEFT. TPSODL has also collaborated with Common Service Centres (CSCs) to bring payment facility to the doorstep of both urban &rural Consumers and very soon this will be rolled-out. Along with this, there are also numerous cash backs and discounts available to customers who use digital payment applications and mobile wallets. The payment done via PhonePe will give customers cash back of INR 75 on their first transaction and Myntra e-voucher worth upto Rs 900 on the second transaction. Besides, customers who pay their first electricity bill through Amazon Pay for more than Rs 300 will receive cash back of Rs 50.
