Puri: Covid vaccines are being given to Puri Shrimandir servitors. The district collector has inaugurated a special camp for this purpose. More than 100 people will be vaccinated every day for the next seven days. The temple sebayatas are very excited about this. At the same time, Sebayata families have demanded that the government vaccinate people. The district collector’s office said in a statement that the family would be vaccinated at a later date.
Fear is gone and new hopes are spread. The Puri Sree Mandir sebayata feared covid infection. Thousands of devotees come from different states every day the cause of the risk of the infection. The Chief Administrator has requested the Department of Health to vaccinate the servitors as more than five hundred services have been infected in the past and 28 have died. In this regard, the vaccination program has been launched today. The special camp was inaugurated by District Collector Samarth Burma.
Initially, vaccines are being provided to people over the age of 60 workings in temples. Serious patients over the age of 45 are advised to be vaccinated with the necessary certificates. The vaccine will also be given to 500 families of the servitors and administration families. The vaccine will be given every day from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., for about a week. The servitors said the program was needed. The move comes amid fears of a corona infection in the temple. People have been linked to the vaccination program in anticipation of infection.
