Rain to Resume in Odisha from Nov 1

Bhubaneswar: After a briefdry spell, Odisha is likely toexperience light rain fromNovember 1-3 under theinfluence of the eastwardmovement of waves on Bay ofBengal, the BhubaneswarMeteorological Centre informedon Saturday.The weather agency hasforecast light to moderate rain/thunderstorm at one or twoplaces in Puri, Gajapati, Ganjam,Malkangiri, Koraput, Khurda,Kandhamal, Rayagada onNovember 1 with little change inthe weather during thesubsequent two days. There willbe no large change in the maximum and minimumtemperature in the next 4-5days, it added.Meanwhile, the night temperature dropped to 15degree Celsius at six placesduring the last 24 hours.
