Paradip: As a part of ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’, an initiative of the Government of India, to commemorate 75 years of Independence and ongoing Republic Day 2022 celebrations, Paradip Sakshyrata Samiti (PSS) under the aegis of Paradip Port Trust (PPT) brought a pickup load of Dry items like grocery, foods, clothing, sanitizer and masks and distributed among the needy at the Maa Santoshi Old Age Home, Balijhara. On this occasion, P.L. Haranadh, Chairman, PPT said, “PPT’s guiding principles are to serve and help the needy and downtrodden. To accomplish our aims and objectives we initiate and implement many humanitarian projects for children and adults.” Smt. P. Girija Sundari, President, Paradip Ladies Club, A.K. Bose, Dy. Chairman, Dr. P.N. Bahekar, Secretary, PPT, Deepak Rath, Vice Chairman, PSS and Ramachandra Pradhan, Secretary, PSS along with other office bearers also participated in this noble cause.
