On inaugural day Chairperson of Parala Municipal Council Nirmala Sethy graced as chief guest where Odisha Sangeet Natak Academy awarded classical artist Guru Raghunath Patra graced as guest of honor. Director of Miracle Studio Subhendumohan Senapati presided where Subhransumohan Patnaik as coordinated the program. Among others artist Adarsha Das was also present. Guests highlighted on great contribution of Paralakhemundi on history, culture & literature. From grassroots this host organization discovering emerging artists. As judges Bijay Kumar Samal of Sudhartha TV Reality show of Rourkela & Apana Maharana of Rhythm Dance Studio cum Taranga Reality Show of Brahmapur were present. From Srikakulam of Andhrapradesh, Brahmapur, Koraput, Rayagada & host Gajapati districts artists performed their solo cultural fiesta. Opening dance performed by renowned artist Tapashi Kar & artists of Miracle Studio. Abhay Kumar Panda & Bishnupriya Jena facilitated the program.
