Bhubaneswar: Biju Janata Dal Supremo and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has appointed senior leader of the party and Rajya Sabha member Manas Ranjan Mangaraj as the Party’s observer for the Sambalpur Parliament Constituency. The appointment will be with immediate effect. Likewise, Naveen has also appointed Soubhagya Nayak as the observer for Sambalpur and Rengali Assembly Constituencies, Gautam Budha Das as the Observer of Deogarh District and Amresh Jena as the Observer of Boudh District.
