Bhubaneswar: Principal Secretary of Electronics & Information Technology Department Manoj Kumar Mishra will
continue as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik. Mishra, who has been recently appointed as E&IT Principal Secretary by the State Government, will also continue as OSD to Chief Minister, as per an official statement. He has been OSD to CM since 2016. The senior official also remains in additional charge of Special Secretary to Government (Rail Co-ordination),ommerce & Transport Department. Recently, Mishra has resigned from lndian Railway Traffic Service .
