Paradip: Renowned political leader and the first elected former Paradip Municipality chairman Ramesh Chandra Samantray died at the age of 68 on Saturday after a brief illness. Late Samantaray was elected two terms as the chairperson of the municipality and contested in Erasama and Paradip assembly constituencies.
