Paralakhemundi : From Singipur of Gajapati district one Nakka Krishna with his 2 sons in a car with loaded country liquor were about to go Debiti village. Meanwhile Excise squad cordoned that car but Krishna tried to flee away immediately & was going at his den at Debiti village. Squad too followed that car & halted too. While checking the car both father & sons with their gang attacked the squad. As a result SI B Ranjan Jena, Constable Brundaban Mandal injured. Meanwhile led by IIC of Parala Model Police station Bibekananda Swain & his staff reached at spot. Main culprit Naka Santosh arrested & from them 140 litres of country liquor seized.
Such transportation of liquor now a day to day incident when Covid-19 is severe, this incident is rather a jolt for administration.
