Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Wednesday purchased the first ticket of
the FIH (International Hockey Federation) Men’s Hockey World Cup 2023 scheduled to be held from January 13 to 29, 2023 in B h u b a n e s w a r a n d Rourkela. Hockey India President Dilip Tirkey presented the first ticket of the mega sporting event to the Chief Minister. Sixteen teams will
participate in the prestigious world tournament; 24 matches will be played in Bhubaneswar and another 20 in Rourkela.
