Boipariguda (Bikrant Kumar Beborta) — After a long hiatus, the Boipariguda Police have launched a Public Relations Camp program in remote and hilly regions, creating an atmosphere of joy among the villagers. Although Maoist activities have gradually declined in this area—historically known as a Maoist stronghold—cordial relations continue to prevail between the police and the local residents. Under the leadership of Boipariguda Police Station Officer Dambaru dhara Batri, a Public Relations Camp was organized at Petguda village within the Katpada Panchayat, falling under the jurisdiction of the police station. Bataria stated that these Public Relations Camps serve as a vital medium for fostering better relationships between the police and the public. The guests present at the event assured the gathering that if the public seeks police assistance, full cooperation will be extended to them. Blankets, lungis, gamchas (traditional towels), bedsheets, and umbrellas were distributed to the elderly and students, while notebooks, pens, school bags, and erasers were also handed out. A volleyball tournament was also organized to mark the occasion.
