BJP Violation Election Guideline: BJD meet SEC

Bhubaneswar: The BJP has not complied with the election guidelines. The BJD delegation has filed a complaint with the
State Election Commission against the BJP alleging violations of the code of conduct. Sasmita Pati, a BJP zilla parishad candidate from Zone 30 in Khordha district, has been accused of violating the code of conduct.
Guidelines have been issued to fill the nominations with 5 people in the Covid cut. However, Sasmita, filed nominations with more than 100 supporters. The BJD has submitted a video to the commission. Therefore the BJD has demanded that the commission take firm action against it.
