Bhubaneswar: Newly elected Padampur MLA Barsha Singh Bariha will take oath on Monday. Odisha Assembly Speaker Bikram Keshari Arukha will administer the oath of office to Barsha. The oath-taking ceremony will take place at a round 11.30 am on Monday, as per reports. Barsha, who won the Padampur by-poll by a record margin of 42,679 votes, has paid a paid a courtesy visit to the Speaker.
