Sambalpur :- Reinforcing its commitment to youth empowerment and education, Aditya Aluminium Lapanga organized a distribution programme of competitive examination preparation books for students enrolled in the Gyanarjan Project, an initiative aimed at providing free coaching support for government competitive examinations.
The programme was conducted for students undergoing coaching at Rengali VSS ITI in collaboration with Virat Institute, Sambalpur. A total of 41 rural students from Rengali Block are currently receiving coaching under the programme. The students were provided with study materials covering key subjects such as Mathematics, English, Reasoning, and General Studies, enabling them to strengthen their preparation for various government recruitment examinations.
      In addition, another batch of 30 students at Lapanga Higher Secondary School is also benefiting from the free coaching facilities being offered under the Gyanarjan Project.
The initiative reflects Aditya Aluminium Lapanga’s continued efforts to enhance educational opportunities, build employability skills, and support the aspirations of rural youth in securing meaningful career opportunities through government services.
