Various measures to be taken discussed on the meeting to chase the expected Yash. Along with Covi-19 interventions parallelally too restoration works to be resumed. In every panchayat of the district sufficient dry food to be stored & by evening today all BDOs to inform update status.
BSNL too to activated in both urban & rural belt to continue mobile communication, information to disseminate the authorities.
All schools to be opened with 100℅ attendance of teachers for resource mobility of expected cyclone, DEO too instructed.
Electricity services should not be hampered & farthest case generators to be stored.
Aithorities of RD, PWD & DRDA need to ensure storage of road construction materials.
Through video conference latest & update status discussed with all BDOs & Tehsildars & advised to keep sufficient polythenes.
Fire staff too alerted to prepare with their equipments to chase at vulnerable & landslide zones.
Those vulnerable,sensitive & hilltop villagers too to be shifted to shelters. BDOs too to visit those sensitive & vulnerable areas to stock on update status.
