Bhubaneswar, June 23 (Dumanimail) The number of Covid -19 positive cases in Odisha surged to 73 during the last 24 hours taking the total tally to 12,89,068.
The state had reported 45 positive cases on June 21 last.
The state Information and Public Relations department here said while 44 of the cases are from quarantine 29 are local contact cases. As many as 11 of the infected are in the age group of 0-18 years.
Khordha district reported 41 cases, the highest in the state, followed by Puri and Nuapada six each, Cuttack four and Sundergarha three.
