Srinagar : Security forces on Friday recovered arms and ammunition, including four pistols, during a Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) in south Kashmir district of Pulwama.
Official sources said that following specific information, a joint CASO was launched by Special Operations Group (SOG) of J&K police, Army and CRPF in village Telangam in Pulwama on Friday morning.
“During the operation, security forces recovered four pistols, magazines and about 100 live rounds,” they said, adding the operation was going on when the reports last came in.
