Secretaries’ Meet: Chief Secy Focuses On Scheme Implementation

Bhubaneswar,: A secretary-level meeting was held today under the chairmanship of Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja at the conference hall of Kharavel Bhawan.The meeting deliberated on the implementation of new schemes, district-level monitoring, and follow-up actions. The Chief Secretary emphasised the importance of the timely implementation of government initiatives and monitoring of progress at the district level. The meeting also discussed measures to ensure the welfare of government employees, including the timely payment of retirement benefits and pensions.The meeting also discussed filling vacant posts in several departments. The meeting was attended by senior officials, including Development Commissioner and Additional Chief Secretary Anu Garg, Additional Chief Secretaries Satyabrata Sahu, Surendra Kumar, and Hemant Sharma, as well as other Principal Secretaries, Commissioners, and Secretaries from various departments.
