No development work at GP level – All PRI members meet Collector

Jagatsinghpur:- All the PRI members under eight Block of district, all Zilla Parisad Members including Block Chairman, Vi- Chairman, President and Vi- President of Zilla parisad with MLA , Balikuda- Erasama meet Collector regarding development work at GP level. They alleged that all development work at Gram Panchayat level held up since two years. Though Raghunath pur Block PRI members including Chairman, Vi- charman and Zilla Parisad members started movement on 19/5/26 and BDO with Zilla parisad Executive Officer cum Development Officer assured to solve the problem within three days but no action taken till to day. Similarly all BDO are reluctant to start development work due to political pressure. As Bikashita Gram Bikashita Odisha yojana  is not clear till to- day , development work hampered. So, all PRI members, Block Chairman,Vi- Chairman , Zilla parisad President demanded before Collector to start development work at GP level before commencement of Panchayat Election .
