NCP spokesperson Mahesh Tapase on Friday criticised the Modi government for increasing the price of “everything in a dictatorial manner”, without considering the common man. In an official release, Mr Tapase stated that, prices of petrol-diesel, domestic gas and edible oil and food grains have skyrocketed, even the prices of essential medicines were hiked by 11 percent this month. As the people are slowly resuming their normal lives after facing a pandemic for two years, again the burden of inflation is worsening their economic condition, added Mr Tapase.Â
