KIMS organises free mega health camp in Kanas Block of Puri

Pipili,: More than 5 thousand people availed free health check up facility and received free medicines today as KIMS organised a free health camp in Kanas Block of Puri
district in Odisha on Sunday. The free health camp organized by KIMS in the Dokanda High School premises was inaugurated by KIIT and KISS Founder Dr. Achyuta Samanta.With this KIMS has provided free health services to the poor, elderly and helpless people. It is to be noted that Kanas Block of Puri district was recently in news as people died due to diarrhoea last month while many others were detected infected. So this camp will definitely prove to be a boon. Everyone from children to the elderly people participated in the health camp. Experienced doctors from various departments
participated in the camp and carried out health check-up. Later, medicines were distributed free of cost to the patients.The locals have praised Dr. Achyuta Samanta for
such a noble initiative. By conducting such programs in rural areas, patients have received better services.
