Ranchi : The State Government is likely to soon start the process of Unlock-1 in Jharkhand as Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Monday sought suggestions over the process from the people through his social media page.
The Chief Minister asked the people as to how should be Unlock-1. He said that with the cooperation of the people and hard work of the Corona warriors extended during the health safety week the government has managed to control the second wave of Coronavirus.
He said that during the last five days the number of cases being detected in the state was between 500-800 while the infection rate was at 1.5 per cent. He said that the number of active cases in the state was at 9906 which was the least as compared to the other states.
The Chief Minister said that with the cooperation of the people many lives have been saved and now the focus is on livelihood, therefore, the people should extend their valuable suggestions as to how should be the process of Unlock-1.
The state government had imposed restrictions as part of Health Safety Week as the cases of Coronavirus went rapidly increasing in Jharkhand during the second wave. The restrictions were first imposed on April 22 during which only essential services were opened. The current phase of restrictions is applicable in the state till June 3, 6 AM.
