Hyderabad : The officials issued the first warning level in river Godavari at the temple town of Bhadrachalam with the flood water reaching 43 feet on Saturday.
The flood level in river godavari is rising due to heavy rains in the upstream areas.
The district authorities advised the people living on the banks of the river to be alert.
A control room has been set to cope with emergencies.
