Mumbai : Maharashtra on Monday reported 6,017 fresh Covid-19 patients and 66 fatalities in a single day, taking the state’s cumulative case tally to 62,20,207 and the toll to 1,27,097, respectively, a health bulletin of the state government said.
On the other hand, 13,051 patients were discharged during the day across the state, taking overall count of recoveries to 59,93,401.
The state’s recovery rate increased to 96.35 per cent while the fatality rate was steady at 2.04 per cent.
There are now 96,375 active cases across the state, added the bulletin.
