CM Inaugurates 327 Transformed Schools in 6 Dists

Minister Naveen Patnaik on Saturday dedicated 327 transformed high schools in six districts on the second day of the fourth phase of the 5T School Transformation programme. The six districts are Malkangiri, Balasore, Gajapati, Dhenkanal, Keonjhar and Cuttack. As many as 35 high schools in Malkangiri district, 76 high schools in Balasore, 28 high schools in Gajapati, 63 high
schools in Dhenkanal, 45 high schools in Keonjhar and 80 high schools in Cuttack have been dedicated by the Chief Minister. It is worth noting that 6883 schools in the state have already been transformed in the three phases. A total of 1794 schools will be transformed in the fourth phase. After the completion of this phase, a total of 8677 schools will be transformed in the state, according to an official release. The Chief Minister thanked the MLAs, Panchayat representatives, school management committee, teachers, students and parents of the concerned districts for their cooperation in the programme. Addressing the students on
this occasion, the Chief Minister said that the era of transformation is going on in Odisha. Education elevates the collective mindset  our society. He said that school transformation has paved the way for new awakening in the Odia people. He said that he will play the main role in the coming days. Starting from schools, colleges, hospitals, tourism areas, monasteries, temples, panchayats, villages, the work of transformation is going on everywhere. This transformation is paving the way for a new Odisha, a strong Odisha. The Chief Minister further said that the most important and best among these transformation programs is the
school transformation program. The future of a nation is built from schools, the CM added. Participating in the programme, 5T and Nabin Odisha Chairman Kartik Pandian said that the school transformation has awakened the dream of becoming good persons with quality education among children. Many children have become great persons after studying in government schools. Your dreams must also come true, he told the students.
