Kolkata : The Central Bureau Of Investigation (CBI) and the Special Investigation Team (SIT) today submitted to Calcutta High Court status report on the investigation into post-poll violence in West Bengal.
The CBI and SIT presented the report to a Division Bench comprising Acting Chief Justice Rajesh Bindal and Justice Rajarshi Bharadwaj.
The matter would be heard next on November 08.
Earlier, the Bench ordered that both investigations will be monitored by the High Court, which also ordered both CBI and SIT to submit status report.
