Anti-Loss case Rejected by the Delhi High Court

Bhubaneswar, the Janata Dal has been assured. The Delhi High Court has refused to intervene in the case of the Odisha government using the party symbol ‘Shankh’ to promote various public welfare schemes. The court has also directed the petitioners to file an appeal in the Odisha High Court. BJP leader Yatin Mohanty has sought the intervention of the Delhi High Court alleging the use of the conch symbol. The opposition is alleging that the conch symbol is being used in advertisements for various schemes of the state government like Laxmi Bas Yojana, Aam Odisha Naveen Odisha. The opposition is saying that it is a violation of the constitution. But the ruling party is busy and the state government is refuting the allegations of the opposition.
