All Set for Parikrama Project Launch Today: CM to Unveil Plaque

Puri The launch ceremony of the Parikrama project in Puri is scheduled to be held on May 17. That’s why the shrine is now bustling. The commencement of the project launch ceremony began on The 12th after Gajapati Maharaja gave guateka at
Srinahar. The mahayagya started on Monday after the brahmins went to the yajna sthal and completed the ankura planting, ankur pujan, adhivasa and other policies. With the sound of brahmins’ mantras, the shrine is shaking with the recitation of the Vedas at the four gates of the temple. A spiritual atmosphere has been created in the shrine. The four gates have been beautifully
decorated with the altar installed in the corner of the temple. The Four Gates of the Temple are shaking with the recitation of the
Rig Veda at the eastern gate, the Atharva Veda on the south door, the Sam Veda on the west gate and the Yajuhveda at the north
gate. On Monday, the name sankirtan was performed on the path of the inter-pronged path, including installation of akhand
lamp, panchakarma, Brahmin barana by acharya, mandal pujan. However, before the yajna was performed, the Brahmins worshiped the rock to be dedicated and sprinkled water around it. In the morning, an unbroken lamp was installed and the panchakarma, Brahmin barana and mandala pujan was performed. Later in the afternoon, Vaishnavagni Sanskar, Havan, Aarti, Pushpanjali, Pradakshina were held. Acharya Brahmins said it was a matter of great privilege for everyone as the mahayagya started on a holy day like Makar Sankranti. Gajapati Maharaja Dibyasingha Dev will perform the full moon day of the
yagna on Wednesday on the occasion of Paush Shukla Saptami as decided by the administration. Later, Chief Minister Naveen
Patnaik will dedicate the project to the devotees. The Parikrama project offers an amazing divine experience. Samang Parking, Sri Setu, Jagannath Ballabh Pilgrim Centre and Shri Marg have been completed. Around 900 guests and servitors are scheduled to
attend the event. The guests are reaching Puri. District Collector Samarth Verma said all arrangements have been made for
them. Beautiful gardens, wide roads, toilets, drinking water arrangements, beautiful artefacts etc. in the premises of Sri mandir Parikrama Project are a new experience for the devotees! On the 17th, after offering purnahuti in the yagna, he will offer floral tributes at the mandala. All preparations have been completed as 900 guests from across the country and abroad will be attending the festival. Security has been tightened. Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik is scheduled to unveil the plaque of The Sri mandir Parikrama Project and launch the project from 1.15 pm to 1.30 pm on May 17.
