Puducherry, June 25 (Dumanimail) A total of 30 legislators and two MPs (One Lok Sabha and one Rajya Sabha) in the Union Territory will exercise their franchise in the Presidential election to be held on July 18.
They will cast their vote in the conference hall of the legislative assembly here, Official sources said.
Three BJP members nominated to the territorial assembly will not have voting rights in the Presidential election.
The sources said the value of the vote of a MLA is 16 and that of a MP is 708.
Meanwhile, Puducherry election officials inspected the arrangements being made for the Presidential election.
