Hamirpur (HP), June 25 (Dumanimail) Police are probing who fired five gunshots in a village in Himachal Pradesh’s Hamirpur district on Friday night, an officer said on Saturday.
No one was injured in the firing which appeared to have been directed at the house of a man who operates three buses although the incident sparked panic in Mundkhar Tulsi village.
An official spokesman said someone or some people fired five shots around midnight and disappeared from the area. The police collected the spent bullets and photographed the walls hit by the gunshots.
