New Delhi, Apr 5 (UNI): Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Monday held a security review meeting at Jagdalpur with the State police officials and Central forces.
Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel was also present in the meeting.
Mr Shah took a stock of the situation after the encounter which broke out on Saturday afternoon, killing 22 security personnel in a fierce gun battle with the Maoist.
CRPF DG Kuldeep Singh, who has been camping at the encounter site since yesterday, briefed the Home Minister about the details of the incident and also discussed further strategy to take this operation forward with more intensity.
