Mumbai, June 27 (Dumanimail) The BSE Sensex on Monday rallied 598 points at 53,326.94 as buying was seen across the board.
The Nifty too rose 184.05 points at 15,883.30.
The Sensex registered days high and low at 53,509.50 and 53,283 points respectively.
The Nifty registered days high and low at 15,927.45 and 15,862.60 points respectively.
The Mid Cap moved up 0.96 per cent and Small Cap by 1.58 per cent.
In 30 scrips, 28 advanced while 2 declined.
The gainers were Tech Mahindra by 4.02 per cent to Rs 1020.35, HCL Technology by 3.80 per cent to Rs 1003.30, Infosys by 2.48 per cent to Rs 1477.85, L&T by 2.38 per cent to Rs 1531 and Tata Steel by 2.31 per cent to Rs 872.55.
