Kyiv, June 26 (Dumanimail) As global leaders meet at G7 Summit to discuss issues including Ukraine war, Russia on Sunday hit Kyiv with four cruise missile strikes.
According to The Guardian, at least one of the missiles struck the lower floors of a residential building in the Shevchenkivskyi district of the capital.
The area was for first hit almost two months ago on April 28 during UN Secretary General’s visit in the capital.
In a Telegram message, city’s mayor Vitali Klitschko said, “Ambulance crews and rescuers dispatched to the scene. More detailed information – later.
“Residents are being rescued and evacuated from two buildings.”
