Mumbai: The Rupee on Friday rose marginally by two paise at 74.48 in opening session on fresh buying of US Dollar by bankers and exporters, dealers at the Foreign Exchange said.
The local unit moved up due to weak Dollar against other world currencies amid sliding opening in equity market.
The Rupee unit registered days high and low at 74.46 and 74.52 respectively against the US Dollar, dealer added.
