Mumbai: The Rupee on Thursday slipped 13 paise to close at 74.49 against theDollar on rising demand for US Dollars by bankers and exporters, dealers at the ForeignExchange said.
Gaining 19 paise on Wednesday, the local unit rose two paise at 74.34 in early trade.Later, iterased earlier gains and finished at 74.49, tumbling down 13 pais as compared to its last close.
The Rupee unit registered days high and low at 74.32 and 74.53 respectively against the USDollar, dealer added.
