Price Hike PerAcre 61 Crores at Paralakhemundi

Paralakhemundi,:At Paralakhemundi land price hiked at sky rate. Per acre the price mounted to 61 crores. Being the tribal pocket district price enhanced more than benchmark, even higher than Cuttack & Bhubaneswar.So intellectuals surprised by such heavy price.The area deprived too from industrial & that too main market,nor far away from national highway & communication. So district administration must curb such high plank price mark of land valuation. Moreover the purchasers too bear on registration & stamp duty. Let state Revenue Minister must interfere on such ridiculous price which may suffer common persons being the backward district.
