New Delhi, Apr 14 (UNI) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday paid tributes to Bharat Ratna Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar on his 130th birth anniversary by recalling his struggle in bringing the deprived section into the mainstream.
Taking to Twitter, Modi said, ‘Bowing to the great Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar on Ambedkar Jayanti.”
‘His struggle to bring the deprived section into the mainstream will remain an example for generations to come,” he further tweeted.
Ambedkar Jayanti is observed every year on April 14 to commemorate the memory of social reformer and chief architect of the Constitution of India Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar.
