New Delhi: A Delhi special court on Saturday has adjourned till April 5 the bail plea hearing of Manish Sisodia, who has been arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on charges of money laundering related to the excise policy matter. Special Judge MK Nagpal after hearing the request on behalf of the Counsel for Sisodia who sought some time to make detailed arguments adjourned the application till April 5.

Enforcement Directorate (ED) has alleged in this case earlier that Sisodia is not cooperating in the investigation by not giving answer why he changed so many phones. The Investigating Agency has alleged that there is a conspiracy in the framing of the Delhi Excise Policy to provide illegal benefits to certain people.
