Paralakhemundi : A rare history of Gajapati district, where a deceased news reporter’s statue installed. KKrushnaprasad Rao expired recently.
He was a regular correspondent of Telugu leading daily Ennadu newspaper of Gosani block of Gajapati district. Hailed from Bommika, villagers to keep his contribution as great rememberence installed his statue at the village.
With formal rituals in presence of Laxmibaba,among others Bibhuti Jena Aliana Binay, Binayak Rout, Sarpanch SVenu with teaching staff & students of Parshuram College were present on such rare occasion.
Such deemed honor accoladed by Gajapati district media representatives,e.g, Garudadhwaja Choudhry, Tarini Prasad Panda, Ganesh Raju, Bibekananda Behera, Bhagabat Padhi,Sisir Kumar Gauda, Sujit Bisoyi, Sitanath Panda, Birakishore Patnaik, Narasingha Prasad Patnaik, Rasmiranjan Mishra & SNMishra .
