Hyderabad : With the Cyclonic storm is likely cross North Andhra Pradesh -South Odisha Coasts between Kalingapatnam & Gopalpur on Sunday evening, South Central Railway (SCR) has announced cancellation, diversion and regulation of trains.
SCR Chief Public Relations Officer (CPRO) Ch Rakesh in a release on Sunday said the cancelled trains are : 07015 Bhubaneswar – Secunderabad, 02071 Bhubaneswar – Tirupati (both today), 02072 Tirupati – Bhubaneswar, tomorrow, 02859 Puri – Chennai Central today, 02860 Chennai Central – Puri, tomorrow, 02085 Sambalpur – H.S.Nanded today, 02086 H.S.Nanded – Sambalpur tomorrow and 07244 Rayagada – Guntur today.
Train number 08401 Puri-Okha train was diverted Via Khurda Raod-Angul-Sambalpur-Titiagarh-Lakholi-Balharshah today.
The trains rescheduled on Sunday are 01020 Bhubaneswar – Mumbai CSMT by five hours 30 minutes Ex-Bhubaneswar and Puri – Tirupati by two hours from Puri.
The regulated trains are 05488 Agartala – Bengaluru Cantt yesterday by three hours in South Eastern Railway as per situation, 08189 TATA – Ernakualam to be regulated for six hours in South Eastern Railway as per situation today, 01019 Mumbai CSMT-Bhubaneswar regulated for six hours in Central Railway & South Central Railway as per situation on Saturday, 03352 Alappuzha – Dhanbad regulated for five hours in Southern Railway and South Central Railway as per situation yesterday, 02544 Chennai Central – Howrah to be regulated for five hours in Southern Railway & South Central Railway as per situation today, 02064 Yesvantpur – Puri regulated yesterday for three hours in South Western Railway & South Central Railway as per situation, 08646
Hyderabad-Howrah to be regulated today for three hours in South Central Railway as per situation, 02808 Chennai Central – Santragachi to be regulated today for four hours in Southern Railway & South Central Railway as per situation, 02641 Trivandrum – Kolkata Shalimar regulated yesterday for three hours in Southern Railway and South Central Railway as per situation and 08480 Tirupati – Bhubaneswar to be regulated on September 26 for three hours in SCR as per situation, Mr Rakesh added.
