Biju Babu’s Photo of 60,000 Diyas in Asia Book of Records

Rourkela: In a proud moment for the people of Odisha, the Asia Book of Records has recognized the portrait of Biju Patnaik made with Diyas as the largest. The members of the Biju Chhatra Janata Dal Rourkela unit under the leadership of State Secretary Babu Khan made the Portrait on the occasion of the death anniversary of Late Biju Patnaik on 14th July 2023. The portrait measured 60 feet in width and 55 feet in lenth totaling to 3300 square feet. The largest ever portrait was drawn at Chend Colony In Rourkela using 60 thousand white and green colored Diyas.
