Bhubaneswar, : An all-party meeting was held on Wednesday under the chairmanship of Speaker Surama Padhy ahead of the Odisha Assembly session scheduled to commence on February 13. An all-party meeting of the Odisha Legislative Assembly was held at 11 am. The meeting aimed to ensure a smooth and peaceful conduct of the budget session, promoting harmony between the opposition and ruling parties. The budget session will be held in two phases – the first phase from February 13 to 21 and the second phase from March 7 to April 5. The budget for the financial year 2025-26 will be presented on February 17. Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, who also holds the finance portfolio, will present
the full budget. The session will begin with the Governor’s address on February 13, followed by discussions on the  motion of thanks to the Governor’s address on February 14 and 15. Meanwhile, Padhy made it clear that constructive suggestions from opposition parties will be welcomed, while
