New Delhi, Apr 4 (UNI): Popular Hindi film actor Akshay Kumar said on Sunday that he has tested positive for COVID-19 and is currently in home isolation.
“I wish to inform everyone that, earlier this morning, I have tested positive for COVID-19,” the 53-year-old actor wrote n Twitter.
Kumar further said that he is following all protocols and has quarantined himself at home and sought necessary medical care.
“I would sincerely request all those that have come in contact with me to get themselves tested and take care,” he added.
Akshay Kumar was currently shooting for his upcoming film Ram Setu in which he is playing a role of an archaeologist.
