Mumbai, June 27 (Dumanimail) The Rupee on Monday rose seven paise at 78.28 against the USD on selling of US Dollar by bankers and exporters, dealers at the Foreign Exchange said. The local unit advanced in early trade owing to weak Dollar against other world currencies. The Rupee unit registered days high and low at 78.25 and 78.30 respectively against the US Dollar, dealer added.
