5 identified for hooliganism at Honey Singh’s event

An FIR has been registered against five to six people for allegedly misbehaving with rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh at a club here a few days back, Delhi Police said on Thursday. The incident took place over a week back at South Extension Part-II. The police said it received the complaint on March 27 at the Hauz Khas Police Station, regarding creating nuisance, misbehaving and threat to Yo Yo Honey Singh. The “Lungi Dance” rapper alleged that during a live event “suddenly 5-6 unknown people forcefully ascended the stage and started misbehaving and disrupting” his show. The complainant also alleged that they started brandishing beer bottles on the stage and pushing the artistes on the stage. One of them caught Honey Singh’s hand and started pulling him around to the front of the stage, said a senior police official. Five people have been identified and arrests were expected soon, said a senior police officer.
