Paralakhemundi : The Inter National Human Rights Council Gajapati District branch has alleged that the investigation of the death of Co-operative Forest Conservative Soumyaranjan Mohapatra is not being done in the right path at the Paralakhemundi of Gajapati district branch of the Gajpati district has complained that the investigation is not going on the right path.
